Curious about aerial silks? This Culture Night, visitors are invited to discover the world of aerial silks in a beginner-friendly taster workshop. Designed for those with no previous experience, the session offers a fun and accessible introduction to this dynamic aerial art form.

Participants will learn a selection of simple yet striking poses, experience going upside down, and enjoy swinging, spinning, and relaxing in a silk knot under the guidance of experienced instructors. The workshop provides a unique opportunity to build confidence, try something new, and explore movement in a supportive environment.

Suitable for complete beginners, the focus is on enjoyment, exploration, and participation.

Please wear comfortable workout clothing. Opaque leggings or sweatpants and an athletic top are recommended. Participants are encouraged to wear clothing that covers the backs of the knees and underarms to ensure comfort while using the silks.
