Description:

Slip of the Tongue is a high-energy night of spoken word, poetry, live music, drag, and comedy curated by poet and playwright Wayne Power. Open mic, open minds – chaos and creative expression encouraged in this inclusive, welcoming space for performers and audiences alike. Headlining on the night will be The Poetry Kiln, founded by Dublin poet Dave Hynes, a thriving poetry collective that brings together writers of all backgrounds to share, develop and celebrate original work. Through workshops, open mic events and performances, The Poetry Kiln has become a valued part of Ireland’s spoken word community, fostering creativity, connection, and a welcoming space for both emerging and established poets.
