Night Vision

The Night-time Economy Taskforce, established by Minister Catherine Martin in July 2020 aims to support and develop a vibrant night-time economy in Ireland.  Culture Night is delighted to showcase late openings and electronic arts events in each of Dublin, Limerick and Galway, made possible in 2021 through additional support from the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.


A dynamic audio-visual experience at Meeting House Square, traversing ambient, experimental and club-influenced sounds. Dream~cycles will be filling Meeting House Square with the atmospheric traces of melancholic dance-floor melodies.

Ambient, electronic and experimental sounds will play alongside a special light installation curated by Brendan Savage (artistic director of Galway Festival of Light), illuminating the church and surrounding area to otherworldly effectAn atmospheric audio-visual experience within the grounds of St Nicholas’ Church.
