Youth Open Mic Night : Unplugged

Open Mic Unplugged an evening of raw acoustic talent, a night for music lovers to showcase and perform to a live audience. A chilled evening of for all the family with a ‘tuck shop’ in the room as this is a non alcoholic event. 20 performers have the opportunity to perform in this 2 hour event. Open Mic Night Unplugged – music performed by you – is organised by our 15 enthusiastic Youth Forum members as a special Culture Night showcase of our successful Musical Theatre Open Mic Nights for musical theatre loving young people which runs seasonally throughout the year. We want develop and explore this evening to offer the experience and opportunity to other artists and musicians to take part in the new unplugged evening with us at the Millennium Forum. Showcasing acoustic and raw music from talented young people., this evening gives the opportunity to perform song in front of a live audience. This will be a cabaret style lay out in the Millennium Forum Studio space and is primarily aimed at performers aged between 14-20 years old.
