Visitors will have the opportunity to meet four artists working across metalwork, landscape painting, illustration, animation and comics. The open studios event will offer insight into diverse creative practices and original artworks. The studios are home to four artists: Carole Redmond is a metal artist. Carole explores themes such as the impact of the Earth on the human soul; Andrea Cashell is a landscape artist specialising in oils. Her work is inspired by the coastal region of her home town of Youghal; Aileen’s practice is multidisciplinary, currently focusing on illustration, writing and animation; Sophie is a French comic artist and illustrator.
