Dublin-born professional Bboy Leon, known by his stage name Aleon, has made a significant mark on the international breaking scene with his distinctive style and dynamic floorwork. Competing globally since 2009, he has represented Ireland at the highest level, taking part in hundreds of international events, multiple world finals, and winning 31 international battles.

Aleon made history as the first Irish Bboy to qualify for an Olympic qualifier and is a five-time National Irish Olympic Champion. He has won the Red Bull BC One Irish National Qualifiers for the past two years, reached the World Finals Top 16 last year, and will represent Ireland again in Toronto this year. He has won 31 international battles and was a finalist at the prestigious UK Bboy Champs World Finals.

Beyond competition, Aleon works across commercials, performances, collaborations, and teaching, having partnered with brands including Google, Nike, JD Sports, Adidas, and Lifestyle Sports. He has also performed alongside major artists including The Black Eyed Peas and Rudimental and is currently supported by Guinness.

An experienced teacher and mentor, Aleon’s background in ballet has influenced his distinctive approach to movement and teaching. He works with dancers of all levels and regularly teaches classes and workshops across Ireland. His commitment to developing the next generation of dancers includes work with Team Ireland on a training programme that reached more than 120,000 students and 4,000 teachers.

Through competition, performance, and education, Aleon continues to inspire dancers and help shape the future of breaking in Ireland.
