Description:

Join Dúlra Forest School for a gentle, family-friendly nature walk in the De Burgh Woodland Gardens. This 1.5-hour bilingual (Gaeilge & English) workshop is perfect for curious children and their grown-ups who want to explore the wonders of local wildlife.
Together we’ll discover plants, birds, bugs and canal-side habitats through stories and sensory activities. Along the way, you’ll learn how to identify common plandaí agus ainmhithe (plants and animals), and get hands-on with a simple, nature-inspired craft to take home. The route is suitable for all ages, especially children aged 5–12 and their families. Whether you’re a seasoned nature-lover or just looking for an engaging outdoor activity, this is a wonderful way to connect with the living landscape of your local area. Hosted by Dúlra Forest School, ag fás le dúlra (growing with nature).
