As part of Culture Night Belfast 2026, ImageNation NI presents a special edition of Where Our Stories Meet, inviting audiences to explore Belfast through the stories, memories, traditions, and experiences of the people who live here.

Every city is built on stories. Some are passed down through generations, while others arrive with people who have made Belfast their home from different parts of the world. Through a facilitated conversation and live storytelling, local residents and members of the Indian community will share personal experiences, cultural traditions, and memories that reveal the many ways we connect with our city.

From childhood recollections and family customs to migration journeys and neighbourhood experiences, this event will uncover the hidden stories that shape Belfast’s cultural identity. Audiences will be encouraged to reflect on how culture influences belonging, community, and our understanding of home.

In the spirit of A City Explorer, participants will embark on a journey through Belfast’s diverse voices, discovering the city not through maps and landmarks, but through the people and stories that bring it to life.
