RIAI Architecture Awards Exhibition 2019

Start your Culture Night experience at the County Council Buildings this Friday 20th.

Wexford County Council, in association with Creative Ireland, is launching a public awareness
campaign on the importance and role of architecture in our everyday lives. County Hall will be the
venue for 2019 RIAI Architecture Awards Exhibition from 16th September to 4th October during office
hours of Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Members of the public are encouraged to visit and view this exhibition which highlights the very best
of Irish architecture.

Perhaps once you visit us on Friday you will be interested to know more about our urban centres and the architecture within them. To complement the exhibition, a talk will take place on Wednesday 25 th September at 11.30am. Paul Keogh Architects will give a talk in Wexford County Council Chamber, County Hall on the challenges faced in making urban centres a more attractive place to live and how to design sustainably for the future.


Admission is free for this talk but booking is essential to secure a place please rsvp
arts@wexfordcoco.ie by Tuesday 24 th September.
