The UCC School of Food and Nutritional Sciences presents  ‘Milk: the most ancient processed food’  based around Professor Alan Kelly’s new popular history of Food Science, ‘Molecules, Microbes and Meals: The Surprising Science of Food.’ Alan Kelly will illustrate how scientific disciplines as diverse as physics, chemistry, biology, engineering and psychology apply to food, all discussed at a level aimed at the non-specialist.
