Description:

Multilingualism is a core aspect of our societies nowadays: most of us live in multilingual settings, speaking and hearing many languages daily: in our homes, communities and in the streets.

This event is dedicated to creating more awareness of the central aspect of multilingualism through playful and creative activities. People of all ages are invited to join as we playfully use our language repertoire and explore the opportunities each
language offers us.

Participants will create their own multilingual lyrics and verses in a relaxed and interactive setting. No previous writing or creative experience is needed, just curiosity!

MultiLiLiTrans is an EU-COST Action led by the Department of German in the School of Languages, Literatures and Cultures at UCC.

This event takes place in the Hub, Áine Hyland room, G.12 (ground floor).
