Two Exhibitions: ‘The Refugee’s Armour’ & ‘1515’

Visitors to the Olivier Cornet art gallery will be able to see ‘The Refugee’s Armour’, Miriam McConnon’s new solo show ahead of its official opening on the 24th of September. The exhibition presents the individual stories of young male refugees in paintings of personal objects that narrate their journey of displacement, integration and aspirations for the future. Visitors will also be able to see ‘1515’, an exhibition of small affordable works by the gallery’s artists and invited guests in our artist’s booth, a small exhibition space launching at Olivier Cornet Gallery on Culture Night, available to artists through application.
