Try a new language
The European Commission and Languages Connect invite you to 'Try a new language' at one of their 20-minute taster classes offered in ten languages, including Chinese, German, ISL, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Maltese, Slovenian, Swedish and Ukrainian. You can walk in on the night and take a chance, or pre-register at the booking link. You are of course encouraged to try more than one language!
Online tasters classes, for example, will take place on the European Day of Languages (Tuesday, 26 September). These can also be booked at the registration link. The virtual version of the event will focus on Chinese, French, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak and Spanish.
This event is part of the European Culture Trail – a EUNIC Ireland (European Union National Institutes for Culture) initiative in cooperation with the European Commission Representation in Ireland.
Immerse yourself in the diversity of European languages and cultures on the European Culture Trail, where delights from different European countries await you.
