Friends of Kilconly Wetlands presents ‘Through Our Eyes’, a celebration of our community art collective, Bog Fam. Over the last year, the members of Bog Fam have been exploring their relationship to Cloonbar Bog with artist facilitator Sarah Deane. Together they have walked the bog with their cameras, finding new ways to see a landscape they thought they already knew.
‘Through Our Eyes’ is an exhibition of this work and includes photographs, words, installation and moving image.
Visitors are invited to contribute by sharing their own connections and perspectives of the bog as part of the evening
through our interactive space.
Whether you grew up with the bog or are only getting to know it, we invite the people of Kilconly and beyond to come and share Culture Night with us.
