Embody the spirit of Culture Night by demystifying the craft of Irish pottery. This event offers an intimate, behind-the-scenes look into the inspirations and techniques of the work of three local potters; Cora Cummins, Amanda Murphy and Jackie Dee. While bound by friendship and a shared passion for clay, their artistic journeys are very different. This event gives the audience a glimpse into the day to day life of working as a small scale potter in Ireland today, while also getting to see three very different sources of inspiration and making techniques of their very distinct ranges.
