Description:

The “Peace Wishing Poet Tree” is a large interactive installation made of various recycled materials, such as cardboard, paper, fabric and tree branches.

Visitors to the Peace Wishing Poet Tree will be encouraged to write a message on a cardboard leaf and tie it to the tree with coloured ribbon and a group poem will be assembled!

It will be a welcoming space for people to explore the installation, and take some quiet time to reflect and enjoy a moment of reading and/or writing some poetry, assisted by Alice McCullough, Niamh Scullion, Stephen Beggs & Mary Jordan.
