A night of music and marine life, in the deep ocean depths of Galway Atlantaquaria
Culture Night in Galway Atlantaquaria, features sound installation artists, Uilleann pipe players, and ukulele artists all performing individual musical expressions throughout the evening.
Visitors to the Aquarium are invited to enjoy the Aquarium while listening to a variety of acoustic performances. Featuring Francis Heery, Galway Ukers, and Eugene Lambe, it promises to be an eclectic mix of sea and sound.
Galway Atlantaquaria invites members of the public to see our Aquarium and explore at their own pace. Opening from 5pm until 8pm we hope to entice the Culture Night followers with the enticing sounds of the sea, workshops, and unique bioacoustics sound performances.
Eugene Lambe, will be hosting unique talks and workshops at 6pm and 7pm on the night of the event too.
The ocean connects us all, the ambient noise of waves, marine life, and water hints to our own culture and reliance of the ocean for our health & wellbeing.
