Description:
The Thomas MacDonagh Museum is hosting an informal spoken word Poetry Slam from 7-10pm on Culture Night 2023 as part of the Thomas MacDonagh Hedge School, 20-24 September.
Join us for spoken word readings by the community and guests of poems by Thomas MacDonagh and others.
We are honoured to welcome special guest Stephen Sexton, Belfast-based author of If All the World and Love Were Young and Cheryl’s Destinies, to read his new Poetry as Commemoration Commission ‘The Head of a Man’.

Please be aware that when attending Culture Night events, your photograph and/or digital recording may be used, without compensation, for the use in all media and you release Tipperary County Council and The Arts Council from liability whatsoever of any nature.
