Description:
Signal Arts Centre invites you to 'When I Close my Eyes' which has inspired by abstract artist Iseult McCormack's first solo show.
The theme encapsulates an intuitive approach to mark making and brings to mind artists such as Kandinsky or Pollock whose work was influenced by or reminded one of the sounds of music.
From 4pm - 6pm Signal Arts Centre invites all ages to take part in a fun musical/noise making workshop where everyone will get to make their own musical instrument from recycled and found materials. There will also be a photo stand otherwise known as a 'face in the hole' based on the cubists rendering of musical instruments and a large tableau of dancing people for participants to paint.
From 7pm to 9pm Signal Arts Centre invites you to the reception of Iseult McCormack's exhibition with music preformed by Sidewalk Serenade.
