Culture Night 2020 presents a specially commissioned short film, Pal by Shane O’Reilly.

Sal needs to get out of the house for a bit. Get out of her head.

PAL is a fleeting and quirky examination of a Deaf woman emerging from isolation, like a squirrel from her nest, and the impact of her over-active brain on her ability to re-connect with society and the world around her.

Written and directed by Shane O’Reilly, with music from Zoe Ní Riordáin.
