Description:

This Culture Night, visitors can explore the rich history of Christ Church Cathedral with its immersive audio guide, which brings nearly 1,000 years of history to life in a new and exciting way.

The audio guide is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, and Italian. Irish Sign Language and audio-described tours are also available, with English transcriptions provided.

Please download the audio guide onto your own device and bring your earphones/headphones. Visitors are able to choose from three different themes as they explore: ‘Power and Politics’, ‘Christ Church & the City’ and ‘Music & Spirituality’.

There is a limit of 200 spaces available for each self-guided tour and they must be pre-booked in advance. The audio guide must be downloaded onto your own device as physical devices will not be available on the night. The tour lasts around 45 minutes. Latecomers will not be admitted. Please note there are no bathroom facilities on site.
