4:00pm – 5:30pm

Restorative Dance Workshop with Fiona Flynn, combining meditation, gentle movement and dance to uplifting world music, afro-beat and funk. Suitable for all levels, this workshop offers an opportunity to release tension, reconnect with your body and enjoy the restorative power of movement.

6:00pm – 8:00pm
Breath, Sound Bath & Stone Art with Sharon Mundy. Enjoy an evening of relaxation and creativity featuring ancient breathing techniques, a seven-chakra crystal sound bath and a guided stone art workshop.
