Pranayama Workshop: Nurturing Life Force Through Breath
Pranayama, often referred to as the science of breath control, is a cornerstone of yoga and mindfulness practices. Rooted in ancient Indian traditions, pranayama teaches us to harness the incredible power of the breath to influence our physical, mental, and emotional states. By consciously manipulating the breath, we can elevate our vitality, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
Workshop offerings- Specific pranayama techniques, yoga asana and relaxation practices to enhance your state of mind.
Time- 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm
Each session will last for 45 minutes.
Facilitators- Professor Girijesh Prasad, Dr Sumeeta Gupta
Yoga mats will be provided. Places are limited to 15 people per session.
There is no registration needed.
