Description:
The Instituto Cervantes Dublin has prepared a vibrant programme open to all audiences and ages to enjoy Spanish culture in Ireland.
How to make the invisible visible? How to become a lion on stage and be believable? Or how to make two people understand each other without speaking the same language? For Alexandra Calvo, theatre is a game, and so on Culture Night, she invites the public to remember how it is done. Everyone has that ability to play and have fun, but sometimes we forget how it’s done - children, teenagers and adults, as well as professionals, amateurs and curious minds alike. To do this workshop, you just need a good attitude and a desire to share.
This is an introductory workshop to physical theatre for all audiences and ages.
Capacity: 18 people.
Alexandra Calvo is a Spanish actress and theatrical producer, gestural acting teacher and dance teacher, based in Dublin.
