‘Pause’, a creative art journal workshop. As we lean into the slower Autumn days , taking some time to pause and reflect on the change of season and pace of our lives through the creative process of collage, inks, paints and mark making.

Starting with an A3 sheet we fold , cut and tape to create our individual journals . They can be further worked into as shapes and images emerge and even after the event can be mini journals as new thoughts arise.
