Painting Mirror – French Embassy @ National Gallery of Ireland

Take part in this fun, interactive outdoor digital art installation presented by the French Embassy in association with the National Gallery of Ireland. A real-time digital exhibition that puts you in the frame of your own masterpiece on a grand scale as we project your portrait or landscape onto the historical Merrion Square façade. Kids and adults alike are welcome to join in, have your picture taken and see it mirrored on the walls in the style of Claude Monet, Paul Cézanne, Mainie Jellett or other masters. Be a muse and take part in this fun digital experience inspired by Irish, French and European chefs-d'oeuvre from the NGI collection, accompanied by DJ sets! From anywhere in Ireland, France and beyond you can view the live projection on our Facebook Live and participate by sending your landscape photo in advance.

This event is part of the European Culture Trail – a EUNIC Ireland (European Union National Institutes for Culture) initiative in cooperation with the European Commission Representation in Ireland.
