This Culture Night, the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland once again opens the doors of its historic home at 6 Kildare Street, inviting visitors to explore one of Dublin’s finest Victorian buildings after hours for its annual open house.

Visitors can meander through the College’s halls and take in the centuries of medical history, alongside an outstanding collection of sculptures, portraits, historic furniture, medical objects, and rare texts. The evening also offers the opportunity to visit the College’s newest exhibition, Hard Hats and Vaccines: Fifty Years of the Faculties of Occupational Medicine and Public Health Medicine.

Throughout the evening, College staff, Members, and Fellows will be on hand to share insights into the building’s history and the work of Ireland’s oldest postgraduate medical training college.
