Online Tour of Rotunda Hospital Chapel

The public are invited to view a series of lectures on the Rotunda Chapel presented online by the Rotunda's Historian and Archivist. The lectures give the public a guided tour of the Chapel with its unique architectural features. They also tell the history of the founder of the Rotunda Hospital, Dr Bartholomew Mosse and his role in providing Maternity services for the poor of Dublin. To this day, these services still exist, making the Rotunda Hospital the first purpose-built maternity hospital in the world.
