InForm Online Talk

Online

To celebrate Culture Night, the National Museum of Ireland – Decorative Arts & History will open late to the public, offering visitors a chance to explore the exhibitions, including InForm. InForm is a stunning new exhibition of ceramics and jewellery by young designers and makers alongside 23 objects from the museum’s collections.

To shed light on this wonderful exhibition, virtually join us for a live discussion at 6pm with the curator of InForm, Dr. Edith Andrees, and a number of the exhibition’s designers, tutors, and members of the Museum team. Together they will discuss the exhibition, which is the culmination of a 2-year project between the Museum and the Design and Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI), highlighting the importance of showcasing contemporary Irish ceramics and jewellery by twenty-two emerging makers, next to the Museum objects that inspired them. Booking required for this online talk via Zoom.
