The highlight of the National Gallery’s onsite programme this year is the ‘Live Drawing Project’ at the Merrion Square entrance, in partnership with the French Embassy Dublin. Take part and be amazed as artworks are created live on the gallery’s walls.

Plus a final chance to view ‘Moment in Time’ our remarkable photography exhibition, and ‘Lace, Paint, Hair’, an artistic response to the lockdown. This behind-the-scenes event will explore a variety of unique and rare materials from these collections, including sketchbooks, artist’s tools, items of clothing, rare books, letters and much more.
