MGK Drum Kit Workshop

Music Generation Kildare invites young musicians aged 7-12 years to explore introductory drumkit performance. These group workshops will focus on core rhythm, technique and performance skills, giving the participants the skills to get started playing a drum kit. Facilitated by professional drummers and members of our musician educator panel, the sessions will include rhythm patterns, pulse, stick technique and the funadmental drumming patterns needed to get started playing along to popular songs in all genres.
