Take some time out on Culture Night to reconnect, replenish and restore with some calming mindful drawing.
This FREE Mediation Drawing session is a gentle introduction into the world of creative self-care. We use simple doodling exercises with daily mindful practices to carve out precious time and space in our busy worlds to find ourselves again.
No drawing experience is required and all materials provided. Booking required.
