MAM BEHIND THE MIC

On Culture Night join Mothers Artists Makers for this informal evening of Theatre, Music, & Spoken Word. It promises to be a fantastic night out that will leave you inspired and entertained.
Mothers Artists Makers (MAM Ireland) are a movement of professional, feminist theatre and arts practitioners who are mothers.
MAM meet weekly to create, campaign, and support each other in being parenting arts practitioners. We promote and campaign for family-friendly arts practice.
Since its birth in March 2016, MAM has taken to the stage at the Waking the Feminists event (Abbey Theatre), ‘All Ireland Performing Arts Conference’ (Galway), ‘Observe the Mothers of Theatre Marching Towards the Stage’ (Abbey Theatre). We also facilitate family friendly workshops in our ‘Playground’ initiative.
Children are welcome, however this event contains adult themes. 14+ guide.
