‘Love your Area’

An opportunity to explore, pay tribute and add to the natural, cultural, historical and archaeological aspects of the townlands of Myshall in an interesting, interactive and informative way. This will include individuals telling stories, singing songs, playing music, reciting poetry or bringing in items of interest to the event and recording of same townlands including the current population of each. The expectation for Culture Night is to exhibit the results using maps, photographs, written records etc. and to invite the public to add to the data collected. It is hoped the night will be inclusive for the whole community and transcend any age boundaries.
