Limerick Lanes Podcast – Episode 2 – Little Barrington Street.

Mark O'Connor

The question is simple: If you could throw a net over a block of Georgian Limerick, what would you catch? Who would you meet?
Culture Night 2022 will feature episode 2 of broadcaster Mark O’Connor’s ongoing series of Limerick Laneways Podcasts live in Pery Square. This follows on from last year’s successful episode 1 – ‘Jesuit Lane’. This year focuses on Little Barrington Street which will take in The Crescent, Pery Square and feature spaces such as the People’s Museum, Alliance Francaise, The People’s Park and look at current and past residents of the Crescent, Hartstonge Street and Barrington Street area. It promises to be a fascinating deep dive into the past and capture those around in the present. If those walls could talk. We’re hoping they do.
