Description:

Athy Gospel Choir began their journey in October 2025, under the umbrella of Capella Productions and is directed by Carmel Day and Chris Swaine. It is a community of friendships, a family from all walks of life, who feel they belong.

The choir is very inspirational and believes in hard work, team spirit, inclusivity and the natural interwining of voices that weave themselves just right.

Their journey has been a very successful one to date, having recently performed at the sold-out Kildare County Orchestra concert in Dreamland, Athy as special guest artists.

The theme for Culture night is ‘Legends’, a tribute to many artists and genres of music.
