The Kildare Women’s Shed exhibition, a portrait and painting project by Kildare artist Claire Murphy, will open on Culture Night in Newbridge Library. The exhibition will included oil paintings illustrating some of the activities run by the women’s sheds and the spaces where they operate. The project provides a visual record of the women’s sheds in Kildare in 2022, an emerging initiative which is a fantastic inclusive amenity for the women of Kildare.

At the opening, an accompanying publication will be launched.
