Description:

Bailieborough Courthouse will be transformed with a night of music and drama for Culture Night 2026.

With an air of parody, Cormac McCann will present a mix of classical, jazz, rock, and pop, all from his upright piano.

He will be joined on stage by local trumpet player Kevin Kelleher, and the audience will be invited to preview a new play, “Making the Playboy”, by a local playwright Shane McCabe and Chalk on the Wall Productions.

Déanfar Teach Cúirte Bhaile Bhuirne a chlaochlú le hoíche cheoil agus drámaíochta mar chuid d’Oíche Chultúir 2026. Le meon aoire agus greannmhar, cuirfidh Cormac McCann meascán de cheol clasaiceach, snagcheol, rac-cheol agus popcheol i láthair óna phianó seastáin. Beidh an trumpadóir áitiúil Kevin Kelleher leis ar an stáitse, agus tabharfar cuireadh don lucht féachana réamhamharc a fháil ar dhráma nua, “Ag Cruthú an Bhuachalla Báire”, le drámadóir áitiúil Shane McCabe agus Chalk on the Wall Productions.
