Culture Night at the Irish Architectural Archive

Offline

Visit the largest terraced house on Merrion Square and learn about the work of the Irish Architectural Archive. Since 1976, the IAA has collected and preserved material relating to Irish architecture. This large cumulative body of information on Ireland’s buildings and who is designed them is freely available to anyone with an interest.

This Culture Night, walk down the Entrance Hall and see a selection of architectural models including an original model for Liberty Hall by Desmond Rea O’Kelly. In the Architecture Gallery, examine the complete set of the iconic 18th-century views of Dublin in our latest exhibition, Malton’s Dublin.
