Presented by Brú Moytura and The Irish Annals project, the evening centres on the De Réir Book of Moytura – a contemporary hand-crafted manuscript inspired by Ireland’s historic annals tradition. Meet the artists behind the project, view completed and in-progress manuscript pages, and discover how calligraphy, illustration and storytelling combine to bring this remarkable tradition into the present day. Visitors can also take part in hands-on calligraphy activities and explore educational resources that invite people of all ages to reflect on how today’s stories might be recorded for future generations.
