From Sketch to Screen

‘From Sketch to Screen’: A conversation with local artists Finn Nichol and Nathan Campion

Two young local artists discuss the process of animation and film making from initial sketches to the finished creation. Both artists believe that everyone can create an animation, or video without requiring expensive equipment, and sometimes a mobile phone is all that is necessary. Finn will display the props he used on his recent film and will show examples of his work. This event is aimed at young people, students and anyone interested in animation and film making. There will be an opportunity for questions and the event will be a relaxed and fun evening for all.
