Flood Walk

Flood Walk

This tour is set in the year 2050 and takes you through Dublin’s city centre showing the effects of the floods and climate change on Dublin.

Dublin is plagued by flooding in several different places, affecting different historical places and how Dublin operates. This tour provides a glimpse into a possible future for Dublin and other places in Ireland, based on flood maps that were created as part of the Catchment Flood Risk Assessment and Management (CFRAM) Programme. Learn about the history of Dublin while also discovering the effects of climate change and flooding that are predicted for the city.
