Fire Station Artists’ Open Studios & Tours on Culture Night

Fire Station Artists’ Studios

Fire Station Artists’ Studios (FSAS) supports visual artists by providing living-working spaces, digital media facilities, large-scale sculpture development tools, curatorial support alongside key community events and courses. For Culture Night, FSAS invites you to explore their residential studios and workshop facilities that support the making of artworks exhibited in Dublin, nationally and across the globe. On this occasion, staff will lead bespoke tours of the studios and facilities, and there will be a sneak peak of work being created in the sculpture workshop area.

FSAS will also host a series of talks by Fire Station Artists, current residents Deirdre O’Mahony and Cecilia Bullo, and previous Sculpture Practice Awardee (2020), Katherine Sankey. A performance will be played by resident Ella Bertilsson after each talk.
