‘Curragh Wool Culture: From Brigid and Beyond’ is a short film by ShamrockSpring Initiative which will be premiered on Culture Night. The film explores the longstanding tradition of sheep-keeping on the Curragh, a practice stretching back to the days of St. Brigid. Discover historical artefacts linked to this heritage, sheep routes, pilgrim pathways and contemporary usage of Curragh wool.
This film will be released on YouTube on Culture Night. From 4pm onwards, it will be available for public viewing.
