This Culture Night, The Cottage Bar heads to the outer reaches with The Cottage at the End of the Universe, a group exhibition of art, film and other worlds inspired by science fiction.

Artists from across the region are invited to interpret the theme as loosely as they like, exploring strange landscapes, imagined futures, alternate realities, technology, space, dystopias, utopias and everything in between.

The exhibition will bring together physical and moving-image work throughout the bar, with paintings, photography, mixed media, film, animation and more taking over The Cottage for one night.

Expect the strange, the unexpected and possibly the unexplained.
