An Táin Arts Centre – Open Studio with Emerging Visual Artist in Residence Lijuan Mc Quillan

An Táin Arts Centre

Late Night Gallery Opening and Open Studio with An Táin Arts Centre’s Emerging Visual Artist in Residence Lijuan McQuillan.

We are delighted to welcome Lijuan McQuillan as our latest Emerging Visual Artist in residence. Lijuan was born in China and has lived in Ireland for almost 20 years. She is interested in painting’s ability to connect with day-to-day life. Her paintings bring together her diverse past experiences of living in China and her present experience of living in Ireland and highlights the complex relationship of Western Europe and Asian identities. The Open studio provides a great opportunity to talk with Liquan about her work and experiences.

Late Night Gallery will run from 6pm – 9pm. No booking required.
