Visitors of all ages are invited to Rathcormack Craft Village for a relaxed evening of art, craft and creativity.

At Open Door Gallery & Studio, participants can create their own postcard-sized painting inspired by the local landscape, including Benbulben, Drumcliffe Church, the coastline, wildflowers and surrounding countryside. All materials will be provided, with guidance available for all ages and abilities. Completed works will become part of a growing community exhibition in the gallery, alongside visitors’ reflections on what Drumcliffe means to them.

Ian Carty Ceramics and Dave McLoughlin Pottery will also give live ceramic demonstrations, with opportunities for visitors to try the throwing wheel and experience working with clay.

The evening will also offer a chance to explore the gallery and studios, meet local artists and makers, and discover the wider Rathcormack Craft Village.
