Cotton Library, Friday 20th Setember at 7 – 9 p.m. Free admission

This National Culture Night enjoy a guided tour of the Cotton Library in Lismore. This rarely seen gem is the only remaining Irish diocesan library still contained in its founding Cathedral. Guided tour and short talk by Librarian Dean Paul Draper and Deputy Librarian Daniel Fleming. See beautiful leather and wood bindings, books dating to the 16th century and our resident Síle na Gig.
