Laois and Offaly Community Rehabilitation and Recovery Mental Health Services invite everyone to a vibrant Culture Night celebration of music, dance, poetry and visual art.

Inspired by the CHIME Recovery Model and this year’s theme of connection, the evening places participation at its heart, creating opportunities to connect with ourselves, with one another, with the wider community and with the rich cultural heritage of County Laois.

The programme will include Irish and Indian dancing, spoken word, uilleann pipes, songs from Community of Sound, the service users’ singing group, Irish Wheelchair Association singers and mezzo-soprano Heather Fogarty. Ukrainian poet and performer Snizhana  will contribute spoken word to the event and act as MC, bringing her passion for music, theatre and poetry to the evening.

Refreshments will be available from Groove Events’ crepe cart, with tea and coffee also provided.
