Description:

Coffee Culture Evening Walk is a guided walk on coffee houses, tea houses, cafes, and their importance to a seaside town. Hear about the history of coffee, its origins, its economic importance, along with some of the stories of current cafe owners and workers. The walk will begin at Signal Arts Centre at 6.30.pm and take about an hour. While the walk will not be rough you are advised to wear comfortable shoes, and come prepared for rain! Some of us will be dressed as a slice of cake, so feel free to dress up too.

Afterwards you’re invited to join us for the reception of Iseult McCormack’s exhibition of her newest paintings, open from 7pm -9pm.

And of course, we always run a little something extra for those just finishing school and work with our annual Seaside Photo Boards and Paint Panel set-up beside the gallery for passers-by to have a little fun after a hard days work. From 4.pm to 6.30pm
